While leading a hectic life, why can't you allocate a little time to plan what you are going to do next few hours or even tomorrow or later? Think of this for a while! Just to think you will need a few minutes and plan to plan your whole day.But if you do something important but with no care, no plan, at last you will have to bear up a big loss. But if you manage something before hand surely you can succeed, if not you will have to repent for a long time.

Many of the officers may have already realized the significance of planing their official and household work beforehand. If you are a public officer it is important that you plan not only for your personal life, planing among the whole public is too important.

Otherwise it will be harmful not only to a single person but also to whole community because of the disorganisation.
