INSTRUCTIONS:
ELBOW TOUCH SQUEEZE AND LIFT
Sit in a chair, make sure that your feet are well planted on the floor. Pull your abdominal muscle tightly. Press your shoulders down, lift your arms out sideward and bend your elbows like a chest flying position. Place your hands in a fist position.
LYING ARM LIFT
Lie on your side with your elbow on your hip, then pivot your arm upward. Switch sides.
SQUEEZE ARM CROSS
Stand with elbows bent and raised to shoulder level. Cross one arm on top of the other arm. Touch your elbows with fingers. Push your elbows backward, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Repeat 10 times.
