How to Get Help from Self Help!

ENJOY LIFE, HAVE FUN, LOVE YOURSELF!

When you are in college and the pressure is all hyper, you get stressed and most of the time lose your way to the right path, but hey, is there a right path anyway?  Everyone goes through these phases in life and I don't know anyone who hasn't even had any stress or pressure in his or her life, even people who are comatose are still under pressure(medically speaking).  Life begins within yourself.  As you grow older and living the life you planned or the life that you chose to live, pressures and stressful problems will rise and will not fluctuate since its part of our daily life.

We ask ourselves a lot of questions everyday(talk about the pressure of living!!).  We usually pressure ourselves without thinking we are doing it like: What kind of career should I go for? How can i pay my bills? Where should I stay if they take my house? Or what if I lose my job, how will I cope?  From the toughest questions to the simplest ones, even to some extent, some people will have problems choosing the right coffee to buy, for all the choices we have, do you think its not giving us a slight headache? I'm sure you all know what I mean.

Losing yourself just because you think you can't live alone, that would be stupid if you think that way.  You should have a mindset that you are not alone but you have yourself to live for.  If you feel that everyone has left you in the corner without any support whatsoever, if you feel like no one is listening and no one is there for you, get help from yourself.  Learn to Live.  Learn to stand alone and have yourself as a back up plan when support is not given by anyone.  No one else will be there for us but ourselves when no one is there for us.

Clinging to friends who will say "I'll always be there when you need me" is not always 100% enough assurance and when times are tough, these people we call friends or our support crew, they have problems too.  They are people too and just like you, they will also experience problems as well.  These people have their own lives and its not even 50% true that they will be there for you all the time, unless of course, they don't have families, husbands and kids to think about then probably they will be there when you call.

All you need is yourself to live.
